“I had about four months. I went to the gym every day. I hit the bag, and worked on the mitts with a friend of mine, and I got into really fast jogging. Well, for me it was really fast,” Colin told the Vancouver Sun about prepping for the film. “I ate really well, slept loads, and kept sugar out of it.”
