Jessica Biel goes casual on the cover of InStyle‘s August 2012 issue, on newsstands July 13.

Here is what the 30-year-old Total Recall actress had to share with the mag:

On Justin Timberlake picking out her engagement ring: "He is fearless in his choices and has a real eye for design. And I'll be honest: He has better taste than I do!"

On relationships: "In my earlier experiences with relationships, I really was vulnerable to somebody else's personality, hobbies, and way of life. But as I've gotten older, I've become proud of the traits that make me who I am. Maintaining my individuality is really important to me because otherwise I can easily slip into somebody else's life. So I'm glad I'm getting better at it. It's a process, but it's getting simpler."

On what she learned about love from her parents: "The best thing I learned from them is that you have to put your relationship first. You need to make time for your partner. It is really easy to let that go by the wayside. It's easy to say, 'Hey. I'll see you later. I love you.' And you can't do that. Justin and I have a rule that we don't let a certain amount of time go by without seeing each other, but it doesn't always work. Sometimes you are both working and it just happens. But from here on out, I want to participate in making smart choices for the relationship.

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have come to an agreement on their divorce settlement and now some of the details have been revealed.

The 33-year-old actress will have primary custody of their 6-year-old daughter Suri, though Tom has been granted significant custodial time. Reports that Tom‘s time with Suri must be supervised by a bodyguard and a nanny are 100% false, according to TMZ.

Religion is also one of the topics of the custodial provisions and there will be restrictions on what both Tom and Katie can talk to Suri about regarding religion, though those will be lifted as she gets older.

Rafael recently had to pull out of a tennis match against Novak Djokovic because of a bout of knee tendonitis.

“I want to apologise to all…but unfortunately we won’t be able to play for the moment that match in Madrid,” Rafael said in a statement to Yahoo. “I was with my doctors on Monday and started already my treatment with the goal to be ready for the London Olympic Games and represent Spain once again.”
