Lucy Lawless has pleaded guilty to trespassing an oil drilling ship in New Zealand this past February, according to US Weekly.

The 44-year-old Spartacus star faces up to three years in jail for the move after prosecutors reduced a more serious charge of burglary.

In February, the New Zealand native and six other Greenpeace activists climbed a drilling tower on the vessel Noble Discoverer to protest oil exploration in the Arctic. Lucy spent four days atop the tower, camping and blogging about her experiences.

Lucy is to be sentenced in September.
