Jessica Simpson’s ever-changing hairdos on NBC’s fashion competition show, ‘Fashion Star,’ come courtesy of her stylist, Moroccanoil Global Brand Ambassador Robert Vetica. Here, Robert reveals how you can recreate Jessica’s do from the show. “This easy, glamorous ‘updo’ is a no-brainer for those who want a quick, fabulous look for that special occasion,” Robert says.

HOW TO:
“Pull your hair into a tight pony at the crown of your head as I did for Jes here.

Now that you have your pony nice and secure, backcomb it into a wild mess.

Spray as you backcomb with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray for that perfect mix of hold and flexibility. (No need to be worried about flyaways with this updo; it’s part of the look.)

Now tame down that pony with a paddle brush and make your desired shape.

Use hair pins and bobby pins to secure.

Remember, the profile here is major, so you want to be sure to have the right proportions. Now give it a quick spray of Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine to finish off the look.

End result……….Fabulous!”
