Biden, GOP brass to meet

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl will meet with Vice President Joe Biden today to discuss deficit-reduction plans. Cantor, who is against raising the debt limit without significant spending reforms, surpised many on Tuesday when he said GOP leadership might be open to a clean vote on the debt limit.
